Nail Problem

1.  Soaking in warm water

 2.  Keep the bottom of the nails in the yard

 After immersing the foot in hot water, insert a soft cloth of cotton or gauze or cotton under the affected nails and the nail will rise upwards.  After soaking the legs in warm hot water, wipe the legs well.  Then carefully lift the infected nails with a knife knob and insert a piece of cotton cloth between the skin and the nails.  To prevent infection, change the cloth every time you soak your feet.

 3.  Epsom salt

 The scientific name of Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, which is effective in treating nail infections.  It helps to soften the skin of the affected nails.  This makes it easier to remove nails that penetrate the meat and reduce inflammation and inflammation.  For this, mix 1 tablespoon Epsom salt in a bowl full of warm hot water.  Let this mixture sit for 20 minutes, soaking the legs.  Then lift the legs from the mixture and wipe the legs well.  Repeat this process 3/4 times a week.
