The smell on the face?

The odor can be sent away if the bacteria is controlled.  According to a health website, one of the main causes of bacteria in the mouth is the food stored in the teeth.  If not brushed or cleaned regularly in each tooth, it creates a bacteria-born environment.

 In addition, some foods such as onions, garlic, groundnut oils, can cause bad odor in the mouth.

 Some of the rules to avoid odor:

 1) Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.  It keeps the mouth and tongue moist.  Saliva is formed inside the mouth.  This saliva quickly cleanses the mouth and prevents odors.

 2) Yogurt is a powerful ingredient in removing odors.

 3) All fruits such as watermelon, cucumber, etc. should be eaten in such a way as totambu in water.  They block bacteria deposited in the toothpaste.

 4) By giving away sweet foods, odor-causing bacteria will not be able to nest in the mouth.  Without sugar, they cannot survive.

 5) Eliminating the problem of coffee, the problem is greatly resolved.  However, if the coffee is not eliminated at all, then immediately after consuming water or any fruit, the odor of the coffee can be mixed with magic.

 6) Smoking doesn't just make the lips black.  As well as the odor left in the mouth.  It is also not easy to eliminate the smell of smoking.
