Weight loss tips: Drink Green Tea Lemonade and drain excess fat

 Whatever it takes:

 2 cups water

 1 Green Tea Bag

 2-3 teaspoons of honey

 1 lemon juice

 1/2 inch cinnamon

 How to create:

 1.  Put two cups of water in the oven.  Garnish with a lemon peel.

 2.  When the lemon peel and the water is burning, add cinnamon to it.  Wait until the lid is blown.

 3.  Close the oven and give it a green tea bag.  Wait 3-5 minutes.

 4.  Once cooled, stir in it with a lemon juice and two teaspoons of honey.

 5.  The diameter was made of green tea lemonade.  If you like cold, you can give it a piece of ice.

 Functionality:

 Green Tea

 Green tea contains EGCG (antioxidant epigallocatechin gallate) which helps in cutting fat and increasing metabolism rate.  A 2007 study revealed that EGCG increases fat oxidants and acts as an anti-obesity ingredient.

 Lemon

 Vitamin C is quite effective in shedding fat.  A 2005 study by the Journal of the American College of Nutrition revealed that vitamin C helps to shed 30 percent more fat than exercise.  Besides, lemon is a high level pectin rich food that regulates appetite and fills the stomach for a long time.


 Honey

 Honey is another important component of weight loss.  Honey reduces weight by controlling appetite.

 Cinnamon

 Just cinnamon cannot lose weight.  Combine cinnamon with lemon, honey to make weight loss drink.

 Drink one to two glasses of green tea lemonade daily.  On a regular basis it will reduce weight faster.
